Designed to help Players and Parents increase exposure and navigate the scholarship path for as close to FREE as possible; ScoutThem is also focused on helping Players improve their Mental Skills such as Game Intelligence, Decision Making, and to an extent Gamesmanship.ScoutThem is not meant to replace any platform the Player or Club currently uses. It is designed to enhance what is in place by providing College Coaches and Scouts the information they want, how they want it. And by making sure Youth Coaches and Clubs have quick access and the most up-to-date information for their players.

Advancement & Education

Advancement doesn't happen without Education. And Education comes in many forms from Proactive to Reactive, from Success, and from Failure. Often the greatest educator is Failure.Sports revolve around Failure; How quickly you can recover from your own and How much you can make the opponent pay for theirs is a concept that is vital to grasp as a youth athlete.In nearly every sport the greatest players fail more often than they succeed. Every professional athlete has talent, but the difference between the names we all know and the rest is as small as a few percentage points of success.The key is not to fear failure, but to learn from it. Every situation in a game has multiple options to choose from. Many choices will fail, some will succeed, and others will succeed by luck.Understanding the difference is important. Being able to recognize and then train for those situations is where the Greats separate themselves.At ScoutThem we believe Learning to watch games as a Student instead of a Fan is the key to becoming a great Player that makes great choices more often.The more game video a player watches, the more they realize and respect the brutal honesty of Failure and see the potential Success has to mislead them.Players begin to understand that some Success was pure Luck and can't be repeated consistently. They also realize that Success can mask weakness as not all Wins are truly earned.

NIL Branding

The rulings on Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) have provided Players the opportunity to generate money from the sports they are passionate about. Understand that this is not Pay for Play. This compensation comes from Marketing/ Promotion deals typically tied to the Player's social following and talent level.While the focus is on the Collegiate level, many US States have also given Players rights to NIL compensation at the High School level.Our NIL approach at ScoutThem is to maximize the efforts of Players and Parents to develop a brand base and skill set that benefits the Player well beyond the college years. Again, with our core focus on achieving these goals for as close to FREE as possible.
